Mindfulness, bliss and beyond

you were born with wings, why do you prefer to crawl through life?”

Times are a changing

“I have been raised to think that the government wants to enslave us and will do anything possible to do this. Vaccinations, drivers license, social security, taxes, what ever it may be has been created to make us modern day slaves. And yes I believe that are government/illuminati have been dumbing down the masses, keeping us in the dark about our world and potential as beings. I do not agree with factory farms, the pharmaceutical industry or anything that the media tries to promote. But, as I have awaken in consciousness and have left religion to follow a more spiritual path, my life has shifted. I no longer focus on the negative of the powers that be, because in my understanding they will no longer be. We are moving to a time that only happens every 26,000 years. It’s nothing that has been showed to us in the history books about predictions of genocide but something totally opposite. There not only has been a shift in my mind but countless others. The world is awakening. We are becoming conscious that we are not the only ones in this universe and we will once again rule over this planet. Of course many things have to happen before big changes occur, but it is coming.”

I didn’t write this but its so true and it makes me sad that there are people out there actually trying to hide the most important things in life, they are just being selfish and really soon I know every one is going to wake up and realize this, but not until after something(s) happen, its only a matter of time now.

No self.

“What is our true nature if it is not this human body?”

“There are many words to describe what our true nature is. The best word in buddhism for that is buddha nature. The definition of buddha nature is that we are already enlightened. We are perfect as we are when we realize this we are perfect when we do not realize this we are also perfect. Our true essence goes beyond birth and death. it can never get sick it can never get old. it is beyond all conditions it is like the sky. This is not a theory this is the truth that can only be realized in the realm of enlightened consciousness.”

When this awakening happens there is no longer any desire to become someone other then who we are. Every previous idea of who we are vanishes along with it-the pain, guilt, and pride associated with the body. In Buddhism this is called no self

“True freedom is emancipation from our concepts, from the psychological veil that is distorting our view of the way things are. When such freedom is attained, we begin to see that life is inherently perfect, just as it is, and we end up swimming effortlessly in an abundance of joy and love. But there is a universal tendency to believe that we will find what we are searching for somewhere else. Many people look for freedom through accumulating either material possessions or spiritual knowledge. These searches amount to nothing more than a donkey chasing after a dangled carrot. When we wake up to that truth in this very moment we realize that what we were seeking was already here. The question is, “Can we wake up to this truth?” It might be much easier than we think. Remember, great ancient masters often said that we don’t realize the truth because it is too simple and too close to us. When we finally realize it, we will be shocked by two things: how much time we wasted searching and how easy it was after all.”

I recommended this book, its pretty intense and kind of life changing…

NO SELF NO PROBLEM.
